10. Now,
take a bowl, add grated dark chocolate and 1/2 cup cream or malai. You can use
any chocolate.
11. Take water in a small sauce pan and warm it. The water should be warm or slightly hot.
12. Now, keep the bowl on sauce pan and with the help of whisk, simmer for 2 minutes on a low to medium-low flame. Stir often so that all the sugar and chocolate dissolves.
13. Switch off the flame and add keep the bowl down and begin to mix. Mix to a smooth glossy consistency. At this point you can add some chopped nuts or dry fruits if you want.
14. Remove
from the flame and check with a tooth pick to see whether it is done.

carefully lift the sides of the butter paper and keep biscuit cake on a chopping
board or tray and cool completely before slicing.
16.Now, slice the cake into two parts gently.
17. You
just need to coat the biscuit cake with the chocolate icing.
18. Now
pour half of the chocolate icing on the biscuit layers and spread it evenly but
gently with a spatula. You can also tilt the pan so that the chocolate icing
spreads.
19. Finally, pour the chocolate icing and
spread it evenly and refrigerate the biscuit cake for 5-6 hours.
20. Now, sprinkle Choco chips and strawberry syrup and serve chocolate biscuit cake
as a desert.
